Being an energetic kid, I quickly realized that movement is what drives me – without that and a freshly brewed espresso I function only partially. Being a skilled construction engineer and an EHSM sports teacher, I strive to deliver high quality, functional and yet highly intensive trainings.

I use my experience as a coach and athlete in top sport, together with my background and education in sport sciences, to offer a wide range of training methods that will help you achieve your goals.

My long-standing and multi-sport experience flows into each workout. 

I support a broad scope of trainings, with a focus on detail and exact movement execution. 
I will push you to new heights and levels, while training in a varied and fun way.

Training

Muscle building and definition, athletics, stability and core strength training, weight loss, cardiovascular stabilization.

Professional knowledge and experience combined with a wide range of collaborations in nutritional diagnostics, physiotherapy, neurological therapy and sports science (see my partners for more info).
FMS – Functional Movement Screening to determine the movement pattern, stability, and the movement behavior and to recommend individual correction exercises (screenings on request).
